This year our foundation was able to give 80 families the blessing of food baskets full of food, goodies for the children & a turkey. Their is nothing better then to be thankful for everything we have but most of all to share with those that need it the most.

Our foundation strives to help one family at time and we do this by having our local school choose the children that need it most and we personally deliver it to them.

I thank the team that’s always there helping me out My Mom Aida Gonzalez, Husband Rolando Prieto, My brother The Honorable Eddy Gonzalez, my Son Roly Prieto and my friend Dunieska Gallardo for their help everytime we need it. This organization is blessed to work together and make a difference in our community.

  Our foundation takes the time to make a difference one child at a time this year we delivered over 75 book bags all over Miami-Dade county to different homes and schools. Students, teachers, & administrators were delighted and thankful that we had taken the time to make a difference in these children’s life, some of them had no supplies for school. We thank our supporters for the contribution to our foundation we are making a difference one child at a time. Each book bag had paper, pencils, composition note books, glue, colors, scissors, folders, and a set of clothes for the children.

Our foundation visited 35 different Public schools in Miami Dade County and asked the principal and the Community Involvement Specialist (CIS) to identify (5) families from their schools that would benefit from a food drive. Theyre information was submitted to our foundation and we set up the date for June 7th, 2014. Thanks to the help of the principals and CIS we help feed 150 children and families. We would like to thank our sponsors who helped us and that without them this wouldn’t have been possible. FARM SHARE, NOoo que barato, State Representative Eddy Gonzalez, Councilwoman Vivian Casals-Muñoz, GFWC Woman’s Club of Hialeah, The Hialeah Fire Department and Bobby Williams, and my husband Rolando Prieto from Roly’s Forklift for always supporting our cause and driving, loading, unloading and sorting the food to put in boxes for the families. And all our special friends that they always stand by me and help with this beautiful cause to help the children in our community.

Our foundation along with the GFWC Woman’s Club of Hialeah support and help those ladies that are being abused by their spouses and they have to pick up and leave to go to a shelter alone sometimes many with underage children. Our foundation collects from supporters hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, shampoo, conditioner, combs, and clothing and we donate it to a shelter locally in Miami that houses them to get them the safe heaven they so deserve. The director of the center meets with us and picks up all the donations were she takes them back and gives them to these ladies. The clothing that is donated and the toys they have a warehouse were they can go shopping for their clothes for free.

Our foundation purchased 35 complete meals from Publix for 35 different families in our community. We would like to thank our sponsors because of them we were able to do this Hialeah Park & Casino. State Representative Eddy Gonzalez is always there helping and working with us to make these special events happen for those families going through hard time, thanks to his help we did this event at his office were parents or the CIS from the schools came out to pick up the meals for these families, the families that couldn’t make it we went to them and delivered the thanksgiving meal to their jobs, schools or home.

Our foundation was able to give to

This Church serves over 200 children. The building itself its in shambles. The roof is completely full of holes, the walls are make shift and unstable. When it rains it is impossible for them to gather with the children for service or give them any shelter. On a weekly basis this church strives against incredible odds to bring these children the word of God; help them with their studies; and supply them with many basic needed items that are provided by the NCA and  donated by many of you that make it possible for the church Uncion y Poder to continue helping this neighborhood.

The beginning of this year we gave the Pastor Natividad De La Rosa the first deposit to start purchasing the building supplies to get this church up and running.

Pastor Natividad with her Husband Andres are both the Pastor’s that bring the word of God to over 200 children at the Church Uncion y Poder, this church is located in a small suburb called Palave about 45 minutes from the capital of Santo Domingo. They go walking down the street to bring these less fortunate children center. Their they give aid, supplying them with much needy items like food, shoes, clothing, and many other things that we send from Miami via containers.

We thank God for all the volunteers that help this organization. Their efforts keeps this foundation running and growing.  We thank every contributor that in one way or another,  in small or big way helps us achieve all that we have been able to accomplish.

We will continue to work for the children to ensure that they continue to receive the invaluable aid that we can provide for them.
